Hi, sorry for the really basic question, but how does the mosfets automatically get connected to the node VSUB? I thought this was the body node, but I have two NMOS where it appears to be connected to the source and the body is connected to a different node (gnd/ vp) in M4-5. Also, in the PMOS case (M12), it appears there are 5 terminals instead of 4? my subcircuit that M12 calls does not have the fifth terminal. To get this netlist file I run "extract all" "ext2spice lvs" "ext2spice cthresh 0 rthresh 0" and then "ext2spice" Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am using magic 8.30 revision 290.
