@Tim Edwards @Andrew Wright, I am a bit confused re the list of masks for SKY130 listed here https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/masks.html. As per the table, CAPM is not used, and CAP2M is not even included - is this correct? If so it would mean no MIM caps are supported? Also what about mask PWBM? Thanks!
