<@U02Q7UL9ELD>:  Portions of the documentation related to devices that were under development at the time that SkyWater transitioned from the "s8" process to the sky130 open PDK (and also the "s130" PDK, their commercial version of the same) are incorrect.  The MiM cap is one of these.  Yes, the CAPM and CAP2M are both supported.  There are other errors in that mask list (alert <@U016ULGAUNM>).  PWBM and PWDEM are both supported.  The last 8 items in the list are not supported (although we do bump bonding with a 3rd party vendor).  The list corresponds to the old s8 process variant s8phirs, which was the starting point for sky130/s130, but they are not the same.

So I guess all the N/A in the drc rules (<https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/periphery.html#pwbm|https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/periphery.html#pwbm>) for say capm and pwbm are also incorrect <@U016ULGAUNM>?
