Looks like there are a few issues that need to be resolved: 1. project directory and manifest check 2. netlist check 3. XOR check 4. front-end DRC errors (reported by klayout)

This is the problem. This is a mim cap from my amplifier. The grid is 400 nm. Magic is ok with it, but klayout isn't.
