one thing I haven't seen regarding the november shuttle is testing procedures, needs, etc. I think the assumption has been that a slot has the capability to test the components they add to the shuttle but I'm sure there are plenty of folks who don't have proper testing capability, especially for analog components. Maybe there should be a channel or at least a doc where people can list testing requirements and capabilities. (i.e. need a spectrum analyzer, have a 1GHz capable oscope)...like a test equipment tinder
