@User What kind of error is this? I can't find it in the DRC section in the tech file, so I also can't annotate the related layers: Error area #2929: Can't overlap those layers This layer can't abut or partially overlap between subcells

The way to know what the error is saying is to put the cursor box in the error area, type "a" to select everything in the area, then type "what" to see what layers were selected. There should be layers in that list that are not allowed to overlap, or must overlap exactly. I can't really see anything wrong looking at the screenshot, though.
