Hi I'm trying to generate a MIM CAP with sky130 technology but I am not sure about how the PIN of the cap should be made. And after generation can I make the cdl according to the skywater-src-nds/..../LVS/Calibre/source.cdl? I tried the to use calibre to check IVS but It gave me a "referred but not defined" error. Thanks

@Xiangyu Cao Just to make sure I understand what you're asking. You have Calibre LVS rules for sky130 from somewhere. My understanding is that the Calibre rules are not open-source. Are you writing your own rules? Anyways, from the error message you listed, it looks like you are trying to reference a layer or device that is not defined. Do you have a layout and the CDL you want to match against that you could post?

@Mitch Bailey I’m not sure if I can post the layout or the cdl, but the cap layout is directly from the standard library and the cdl is hand written and the only content of the cdl is the cap witch is from the source.cdl from the technology files, I was trying to make it a custom cell so I can use in apr tool without any errors.
