@User am I mis-understanding the antenna checks, is is magic possibly incorrectly flagging or incorrectly showing this as an antenna violation? Its shown as a M2 antenna error with the gate being the gate on the right. However, very little M2. If I follow that m3 runner down it is eventually connects to whole bunch more M2 that is also covered by the feedback stripey lines, but its not electrically connected before the M3 runner is added, so it should not impact the antenna check?

That does look wrong. I don't know if it's doing something like flagging a device on an unrelated part of the same net? if you do "antennacheck debug" before running "antennacheck", is there any additional information about the error that might point to what magic thinks it's reporting?
