@User: If magic is extracting then you don't get a choice of suffix, other than that you should set the option "ext2spice scale off" (which is one of the things set by "ext2spice lvs"). Magic always puts "u" after the length and width values, which is why to work around the sky130 built-in scale factor, I had to have magic write out things like "W=1e6u" instead of "W=1" (it's ugly but since it works, making it look nicer is low on my priorities list).
