Hello, another question I have is if it's a good idea to rotate the layout of MOSFET 90 degree? I worked with other foundry in the past, and most of them prohibits the MOSFET from being rotated because the photolithography tool was calibrated towards certain direction. The rotated MOS would cause DRC violation. But for SKY130, I don't think there is any DRC error thrown. My colleague has rotated the MOS by 90 degree in his layout to save space but I'm not sure if it's a good idea....
