Hello, my colleague and I are collaborating on Magic layout. Whenever he opens up the magic layout file, these edits are automatically generated:

It appears something is updated with my labels. What are these? and how to disable it? Thanks in advance.

Does he get any messages regarding the labels when he reads your layout?

Here is the tk window when I tried to expand the layout. Lines after "select cell: Topmost cell in the window" are messages after I expanded the cell.

All of that looks quite normal. And there is nothing in the magic source code that suggests that it would ever convert a rendered label to a non-rendered label or vice versa. An "rlabel" is created by using the simple

label

command, while "flabel" is created by the

Edit->Text...

menu or the more complicated

label

command with information about font, size, rotation, offset, and anchoring that are not available with the simple labels. Does that explanation suggest a reason why this is happening?
