Recently I'm having a problem, my Magic session crashes when I type the command: extresist all Has anyone gone through this?, any suggestions to solve?

I probably had the same issue. It turned out that in my case it was some kind of segmentation fault because for a very small design it worked but not for a larger one...

Make sure using latest magic version. Its good to file issue here with test case: https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/magic/issues. So it can be fixed

Good advice! Segfaults always catch my attention and I will do a quick turnaround on fixing it, as long as you create an issue and provide a reproducible example.
