Good evening. I have a problem with my circuit. I'm making an LNA on the sky130. However, I'm having simulation problems because most of my transistors are in weak inversion. Does anyone know if there is already an update to the models that solves the problems in weak inversion?

@Ryan Wans Sorry for the lack of specificity. I am making an LNA for neuronal signal acquisition. The OTA must be PMOS and the input transistors of the differential pair must be in weak inversion. I saw a lecture by Boris Murmann saying that PMOS in weak inversion have problems in the model. I would like to know if anyone knows if they have already solved this problem in the model. Because the noise results I am getting are very low, so low that my advisor says that the results are not possible in reality.

The models have not been fixed and it will take some time (measurements needed).
