I need a zener diode model which can be simulated in xschem. Do anyone have any references

@Aleena Kabeer xschem has a generic
zener.sym
device in the
devices/
directory. You can use that one and give it the appropriate model name. It is used when simulating discrete zener diodes. I don't think there are zener diodes that can be integrated in silicon processes, but I may be wrong about that. For discrete zener diodes there are spice models available for various zener voltages and current levels, just do some internet search.

@Stefan Schippers I was working on regulators. So I only needed it for simulation... But I wasn't able to simulate it... first time I was able to simulate it and there was no error in netlist. But when I did it for the second time the model was not showing and it was missing from the netlist and was not able to simulate it. in almost all simple circuits for regulators contain zener diodes. I don't want to complicate it using large circuits(it is not for fabrication it was for teaching purpose😅)...

In this case the generic zener.sym symbol is ok. Just search for a spice model for a xx volt zener diode. You will find it easily. Xschem does not provide spice models because there are licensing issues. But you can download and use for your own sims.
