@Mitch Bailey here in lvs i am facing similar kind of issue we had in AND gate here. i swapped nodes in accordance with which nodes are closer to vdd and vss in schematic and layout

@Atif Khan much easier to debug when the layout cell names match the schematic cell names. Here’s the current comparison. Red are duplicate layout cells. Orange are cells with no apparent correspondence. Yellow are cells that may correspond, but have different names in the layout and schematic. Can you rename (and thus remove) the duplicate cells from the layout and rename one or the other so the names match.
