Using Xschem sky130: At ss -40C low Vcc, pic 1 is the output. At ss 125 low Vcc, pic 2 is output. Just by varying temp from -40 to 125, there is this change. Both the legs of the amplifier and all other parameters on both the sides of the circuit are equal. May I please have help

Show us your testbench first. You should also test your amplifier as a voltage follower. I'm guessing you're simulating it in the open loop configuration and the signal is saturating due to intrinsic offset.
