Heyy I want to fix the setup violation without increasing the clk period. So I set synth detate :1. It led to hold violations. I iterative reduce it to 0.5 and 0.4 When I see rcx_sta.min.rpt. I could see some of the violated pins fixed but still having hold violations. I'm not sure how and which pin to increase the delay. Can you please help. I have attached the rpt for synth derate 0.5 and 0.4 respectively

may be synth_derate :-0.5 would help.
