How to use isolated 1.8V nfet transistor in design with sky130 pdk? There is no dedicated symbol available for isolated NMOS device nor layout pcell. Please suggest what is the best approach to use this device in design. @Mitch Bailey @Luis Henrique Rodovalho

Hi, ngspice
wrdata
is not capable of writing only a scalar value. I'm calculating the frequency on a transient simulation using a
meas
rise to rise. when using
wrdata
to store the final value it writes the result for each timestamp, instead of writing it only once. This result is written on cace
.txt
result file, so I need a way to store only the scalar value with ngspice.

@Mitch Bailey Hello. neuron_slice is a macro of mine (including SRAM macro). 1.When I harden it beforehand and bring it into the top module for synthesis, I encounter an error (as in the image). 2. When I harden it along with the top module, I pass the synthesis step but encounter an error at the macro stage. I am unsure how to determine the SRAM macro to fill it in. Please help me.

Can I get a clarification on
.param mc_mm_switch=0
. I think it's only required when I'm using the sky130 libraries? Are there any docs about what it does? Also, I have 2 computers, one needs the param set to simulate, the other doesn't. Both are using the same xschem and pdk version.

For anyone who didn't see it, this video by Carsten Wulff was posted by Matt Venn in the #analog-design channel:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shGSKpBpAjc&t=1s▾

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shGSKpBpAjc&t=1s
. Although the first part about the way he constructed and used an analog compiler may or may not be of interest, the method of simulating over corners to compare against a spec, and of doing extraction, DRC, and LVS, are all relevant. I will be going over all of these topics (except the compiler) during my upcoming Chipalooza workshops.

Hi. I am quite new to all this. Just had general question. Are all chipIgnite shuttles on sky130?
