Hi all, noob here! I'm uncertain if sky130 allows non-volatile memory. Some sources suggest RRAM, some SONOS flash - can anyone clarify? https://sky130-fd-pr-reram.readthedocs.io/en/latest/background.html https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/device-details.html#sonos-cells Its for a test project, for which I only need 1 bit NVM.

What kind of cost would one be looking at to actually produce chips (like order of magnitude, not asking for a formal quote) ? Imagine, an OSS design, selected for the google shuttle, chips comes back, they work awesomely and now I want to build more.

Hello, I'm trying to run LVS directly in Klayout, however, I haven't been able to do it. It always shows the error in the image. It says I haven't set the schematic, however, I haven't found where to set the schematic netlist.

I'm trying to learn how to work with OpenLane and I'm trying to run this example on OpenLane, but I have several issues: I made these changes in the config.tcl: set ::env(PL_TARGET_DENSITY) "0.7" set ::env(FP_CORE_UTIL) "70" set ::env(PL_RANDOM_GLB_PLACEMENT) "1" set ::env(PL_RANDOM_INITIAL_PLACEMENT) "1" But I received this error: [ERROR PDN-0108] Spacing (1.1200 um) specified for layer met5 is less than minimum spacing (1.6000 um). Error: pdn_cfg.tcl, 129 PDN-0108 How can I fix it?

Hi All. Running a TT sim in xschem/sw130 using TT models (taken from code.sym in the top.sch landing page for this pdk, as shown below). I can run ss/sf/fs/ff models separately. How do I run them in the the same sim so that I can sweep across process? Does anyone have an example where they do something like this which would kick off 5 model corners simultaneously, ideally outputting all the results in a format that could be read into a spreadsheet which allows me to tabulate performance across corners. Hi all, I've been playing with magic and klayout for a while now and I see differences in the DRC results with the files provided. Klayout seems to be much more permissive than the rules supplied for magic. To further confuse things I've also found https://github.com/laurentc2/SKY130_for_KLayout which looks like it has a more complete set of rules than those provided for either magic or klayout. So, which set of rules should I use to stand the best chance of getting a layout that will actually work?
