I created 1T1R Reram structure and characterised it, i found that BL voltge should be 1.7 for set & SL voltage is 1.7V for reset and different WL values in set/reset. when i simulate i got the following current waveform, why it is not set properly after 1st pulse? what could be the reasons?

Sorry, I haven’t simulated any reram circuits, so I won’t be much help.

I think your word line voltage for SET is too low
