Those are layers in magic. . . Magic uses many more "derived" layers, especially for identifying devices (thus "ndiode" and "pdiode", which otherwise are just diffusion with a diode identifying marker layer on top).
"nwell" is just nwell, and properties can be found in the documentation (e.g., resistance 950 ohms/square).
"pwell" is the substrate, unless it's inside a deep nwell structure, in which case it's an isolated p-region.

"psubstratepdiffusion" = TAP + PSDM
