@User @User Thanks for the feedback. I've reduced the caches, removed the FPU, removed all but 256B of the RAM (it just needs to be configured to prevent yosys from optimising everything away and this issue will go away once we connect to the existing wishbone). I also found a debug log buffer was creating a huge array. yosys abc -g cmos2 is down in the 250k gate range.
