do we have a ballpark idea of how many balls (pun slightly intended) will be on the chip? trying to get a feel about how to solder...at 3.2x5.3mm it should be something that can be hand soldered if you have very steady hands and a good microscope....designing a small breakout board and using a reflow gun or oven is probably a better option
