Workflow/merging question: So will there be a repo including the test harness and padframe that we fork, then add our own material to, or should the gds out of our repo be something that instantiates at (0,0) in the containing padframe and includes wiring to the pads (that's more or less how I've done group tapeouts in the past)? Or (c) none of the above?
