I study Engineering, however, am Developer Good starting point for overview of process, regarding all different file formats and then the other, with regards to the current chip and its capabilities and that, Where can one find those technical documents. I have many ideas with high level understanding things love to look into, but one my topics on the top of my head, is with power consumption and heat dissipation in current chips, safety feature that was implemented a decade ago in Intel chips, where if there is in sufficient cooling, cpu clock speed is slowed down and dynamically regulated in all modern chips. However, there is no alarm anymore that goes off, which means many chips I have discovered are running super hot at 100 degree, but clocked back to like 800mhz for 3.5base clock machine for 4 cores. Problem is it goes unnoticed, until start to realised human time, things are taking longer..
