When you look at the models they just instantiate the normal transistor models with the correct W/L and number of devices. So I don't think there's anything special about them. But I could be wrong. I used them in my submission but modified them in some cases where the parasitics were hurting me - in a particular the 2.4 GHz ring oscillator where it's all about parasitic capacitance
