@User: The layouts can be found in the installed sky130_fd_pr. From the open_pdks installation, these are found in

sky130A/libs.ref/sky130_fd_pr/mag/sky130_fd_pr__rf_*

. Try

Options -> Library Manager

and then expand

sky130_fd_pr

to see all the layouts.
