@User: There will be a spec for the padframe as soon as we can pull apart the existing documentation like we have been doing for others, and post it up on the web. We have one set of I/O cells from SkyWater, and they are general-purpose digital I/O that can also be configured for a simple analog connection through. The GPIO cell is way over-designed, but it will suffice for the project framework (which we have been calling the "harness", and which is now named "Caravel").
