@User - Thanks. Can you clarify the physical relationship between the framework/harness and the user ASIC? I feel like I need to see a block diagram. Is the harness inside the pad ring, or outside the pad ring? Is it on the same die, or on another die in an MCM, or in another package, or...? I have no idea how these things are normally done.
