you can use expression RON = 1/(µn COX W/L)(VCC − VIN − VT)) to find the Ron of the transistor. Here, the technology parameter like uncox, vt needs to be calculated using parametric dc sweep analysis for diode connected device such a setup as shown below, calculate technology parameter from ID formula and use it in the ron equation.
