You can avoid the warning by changing the line 35, 51, 76 in the Makefile to export OPEN_PDKS_COMMIT?=3af133706e554a740cfe60f21e773d9eaa41838c Unfort. I cannot find an official statement from efabless, which PDK version should\can be used for MPW-8.
