Hi, When i do RC extract on magic (if LVS is done). To run and analyze the post layout simulation, its better run the .spice from this extraction or just copy and paste the RC parasitics (just from top level sub ckt .spice) on my schematic? I guess the sky130 lib devices has their own parasitcs in each sub sckt and models. Because that, i think this second option could be a good choose, but im not sure of it.
