In case you still have questions about the submission process, you can refer to the link below (the page has instructions for 2021, so change 21 to 22...). The most important aspect is to ensure that your project has the SSCS-22 tag (which happens automatically when you use the submission link from the IEEE SSCS PICO webpage).

04/30/2022, 11:28 PMIt appears I get the same message "You encountered an error. Please contact the administrator" when creating a project even without the specific link, so i don't think its the sscs-22 definition that's causing the problem. I created a ticket.
