I had the same issue! But it worked the second time, did you try to resubmit?

Are there any errors reported in the log file before the exception?

@Tim Edwards No, it’s just started, extracted, and then report the error. I have submitted many times with the same issue. See the screenshot

@Abdulaziz It seems that your tarball is structured inappropriately, it would be best to follow a similar structure to the template user projects provided by Efabless

@omla thanks for your reply. Can you plz elaborate on what you mean by structured inappropriately. The way I did it is I have my gds file named “user_analog_project_wrapper.gds”, then I compressed it in tar format. But, The issue still persists

@Abdulaziz I am speaking of the directories and where files are located, i.e. if you just created the tarball that contains just the gds with no directories, this will more likely cause an exception like the one you saw
