Hello all, I want to use dual power supply in my design (1.8 and 3.3 V). However, I couldn't find any symbol for PMOS device with 3.3V in sky130, as i could find one for NMOS. Does that mean I could not use a PMOS device for my circuit design at 3.3V?

You can use the 5V transistors with no problems.
