This is a follow up on the design merger suggestions given by Prof. Murmann during Meetup#8. We are now considering reducing our I/O pin count shown against India3 from 24 to about 12. We are also considering the merger of our design with India1, India2, and Egypt so that four designs can be merged together in a single chip. We are getting in touch with Egypt team to get their consent, and we already have the consent from other Indian teams. We are open to any other suggestions on design merger as well. Looks like we cannot merge design with Egypt, India#1, and India#2. The Egypt team have expressed concerns that it may not be advisable to combine four designs into one chip. So we are back to the same position as was at the end of Meetup#8. Any further suggestions on moving ahead are welcome, with of course the modified information that the I/O pin requirement is India#3 team is only 12 (Digital) and not 24.
