@User Hi I am making the schematic of caravel daughter board on EasyEDA tool..I have found the component for caravel IC but there is not any footprint assigned to it..so it is requested to suggest me a footprint of caravel IC so that i can generate a pcb of it

It is a bump bond configuration, 6 x 10. There is a drawing of the landing pad and routing in the caravel documentation, showing all of the dimensions. Let me know if you cannot find it.

I assume you would probably need to make a custom design for this. The ones in the screenshot are listed as "User contributed", so I assume there's a way to do that in EasyEDA.

Yes probably I will do that...just before doing that I thought to ask it on channel as someone has already did that..but i guess I will make a custom design now....anyways thanks for the help
