Hi @User, seems you have played also with Cadence Innovus/Virtuoso, can you share the skywater techfile with us? Or any ideas how to stream in the gds?

@Nguyen Dao I mainly used the original pdk from skywater (called s8) to do that. I don't think these files are confidential. But if you have access to that, I can walk you through it.

I only have those from open skywater-pdk. I’ve tried with Innovus for our small design but there’re many errors/warinings related to power/bias-pins connections (?), So I think the imported Lef files (modified from .tlef) are missing somethings

Innovus should work fine. Can you try the one in openroad repo: https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project-private/OpenROAD-flow-scripts/tree/master/flow/platforms/sky130hd/lib
