caravel/openlane

without making any changes. I was expecting it to complete the flow successfully [since I am using the defaults files without my design integrated in them] but it bombed in global placement. @User

I am using the

develop

branch of openlane to develop, so configurations that are valid on

develop

(rc5) may not be valid on master (rc4).
