It appears with MPW-2 there was the possiblity to get bare dies. At the same time, the FAQ on the eFabless website says no bare dies. What is the situation? Was this a one time thing with MPW-2? Are bare dies still available?

AFAIK we only got bare dies for MPW1 due to the issues with the clock tree.
