What is the use of 'ship' and 'harden' option in the make file in the caravel user project?

I believe

ship

combines the

user_project_wrapper

with the

caravel

framework. I don't think you need to run this because now efabless takes care of the integration.

So one only needs upto the creation of GDS of  user project wrapper?
