for mpw6 on the efabless website? I can't find any options to do so.

Yes you do. The options are under the workspace page

OK. For some reason they don't appear there. I will contact efabless.

OK. I actually found out the problem. I did not use the mpw6 link to create the project. So the

open mpw

and

mpw-6

shuttle tags were not attached to it.
