So when is it expected to deliver a design for the next shuttle? (November?)

Whenever we at efabless finish working out with SkyWater what the shuttle submission process is going to be like. Given the specs that we've been throwing around here and there, I'd suggest if you have something digital you want to submit, go ahead and start working on it; if it's analog, then you'll have to wait until we get the device models up in the repo (work in progress). I have really just started work on the Caravel "harness" chip design, but you can assume more or less a 3mm x 3mm space to work in.
