Sounds good. So am I to infer that different submitters might be given different harness designs? And will we be able to see the source for the specific harness version that will be swapped into our chip?

Everyone will get the same harness design, although we may elect to replace the harness layout with one that is some variant of the one we give you, which should not vary in any way that affects the end user project. I should be making the repository for the harness chip public tomorrow (RTL available but no layout for another week at least).
