my installed versions of skywater-pdk and open_pdks match the ones from https://github.com/efabless/openlane though

@Anish: the pdk version openlane is using is 1 month old and it had incorrect spice models and vnb/vpb pins back then. But, it will be updated soon. Check #openlane for more details.
