Hi guys, I might ask a silly question, while does anyone know can digital standard cells of double heights and digital standard cells of single height PnR together by innovus?

Yes it's possible you need to create a separate area for them with row height double

It is, and a new .lib file is needed as well. If anyone have customized standard cell experience in innovus, pls dm me!
