@User: I expect the "Cannot open file" is unrelated, but the solution to that is to flatten the design before doing full R-C extraction. But that's not going to improve anything until I fix the underlying problem with R-C extraction on bipolars.

@Tim Edwards I actually do flatten the design before extracting. So that's odd? Could it be because I also have the design open in magic while im extracting in another terminal?
