Hi, I got this error when extracting my layout. What would cause this error to happen? Where can I find the log about this?

feedback save *filename*

and then check the file.

Use "feedback find" to find the errors and/or "feedback why" to explain them. Most extraction errors are minor in spite of the "fatal" message. Most messages are probably from source-drain tied FETs.
