08/18/2021, 10:32 PM"cthresh" has units of femtofarads and the parser is just ignoring the "f". If you do "ext2spice cthresh 1f" followed by "ext2spice cthresh" the result is "1.0".

08/19/2021, 5:43 AMYeah.... I don't think cthresh is the problem... the extraction is still ignoring all the caps in my layout even though I set cthresh to 1. I think it relates to the 'extresist' command. This weird problem is occurring only when I add 'extresist on'.
