I just happen to have a few days to look at this this week, so we'll see.

I looked at some trivial examples from openram, and I like the layout, the word decoders and drivers are well placed and much as I thought of doing myself.

so i think using openram infrastructure will save a lot of labour on the layout, and hopefully it will scale to any size ROM
